low profile jack
I know this has been talked about recently but I can't find the thread.
Basically I'm in the market (or will be soon after my suspension is done) for a low profile jack and wanted your opinions on them, but more importantly WHERE did you get them from. There are a lot of places on the net selling different flavors of them but most (of the sellers) have crappy reviews on sites like resellerratings.com. I don't want to get jerked around by them so your experience is important to me.
I'm leaning toward this one
http://www.amazon.com/Omega-OME29023...277&sr=1-3
thoughts?

RE: low profile jack
I got low profile jack from walmart lol believe it or not... it was only $60... I only use it to lift up the car then i quickly throw jack stands under it...
you might also want to consider make a low profile ramp... theres a website that shows you how to do one with only like $30 worth in lumber

I got this one with a different name at the local autozone. $80 and works perfectly.

These ramps? I'm thinking of doing that as well.
walmart huh? I honestly didn't even think about that. I'll check it out. Do you feel like they are reliable?

wow i feel silly. i didn't even think when i bought my floor jack. i just thought "hey it's craftsman it must be great!". then i realized it barely fits under there. . . so i drive up on some wood shims so i can get the jack under there. i see a low pro jack in my future. and a pole barn. . . with a hydraulic lift. . . and room for the sail boat. . . and the rv. . . and. . .
