as some of u may know me ive blown my 2nd gear synchro and 3rd is getting just as worse lol. i have already ordered a rebuild kit form D&D performance transmissions that can make the transmission withstand 600HP reliably, bought kit for $209.99. im asking for help from anybody who has that direction books that ford mechanics use. i need the directions on how to dismantel a manual transmission in the 4.0 v6 tremec t5 transmission and how all the gears are removed/installed along with the gasgets and synchros and sealants. i remember someone had helped me with the clutch and pressure plate removal and installation. i dont need directions on how to take the transmission off the car, just how to dismantle it piece by piece and put it together any help would be great thank you!

 

 

You might be able to find the DVD on ebay. It used to be on there pretty often.
