Nice! I usually hate the dealership custom, which most of the time consist of cheesy appearance mods, wrong offset wheels, and no performance upgrades for a steep markup, but this one is nice.

Why not just buy a Shelby GT for nearly the same price, but with the added cache of being a limited production car.........

Any modded car that isn't in the blue book (including mine--with $43k in it now) is just a GT + whatever the market (buyer) is willing to assess. I don't plan on selling my car, so I don't care. I did get burned on a van once this way though.

Guess you didn't read the original post - this is an Interceptor! not a GT. Read the specs... It is NOT a GT like the one you bought for 21K. Anyway - At that price I'm sure it's history by now... Oh well... Nice to dream...

At almost $38K it is a steal! (I would pay 40K)
......Dear GOd!!! how much are you guys buying your GT's for?? because i bought mine for $21,000

Its a GT with an intake, some suspension work, and an exhaust.....whoever buys this for $38K is a moron. For the $10K i saved buying a GT i could easily out perform this car. Id much rather buy the Shelby GT, this "interceptor" is a joke and the dealer is making a killing off of it.

Initially, I thought the price was a bit high too. But I'm guessing that if someone paid full price for all the Ford Racing stuff and had it installed that the price is reasonable. As someone on another forum said, it's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

Sweet looking ride.... price seems a little high but hey it would make a sweet car to run up to Duluth when is it not freezing…..... I could not afford it at that price.... I was in Texas a while back and they are giving Stangs away down there......What is it worth to you........

seems like every dealer is calling their slightly modified Mustang, a 'special edition' vehicle... That price is WAY too high. But, some sucker will pay for it - and the dealers know it.

care to take a guess at how much of that $37K will show up in the resale value?

no one will know, or care, about a "Midway Super OmG CAI black Wheel warranty #0006 Mustang" ...

it's a GT to the 2nd owner @ $20K a year later.
