Use a blow dryer to heat it up and then peel carefully.
Oh, and if possible use a bit of detailer with a clean microfiber cloth before you do it in case any dust or crud that's wedged at the sticker's edges can be removed.

As stated, heat it up, peel it off. Any residue left behind use carnuba liquid cleaner wax to remove it. Comes right off. Done this for two new cars and one that was a year old in the last month.

Remove it asap! I hate that crap. WD 40 makes a great adhesive softener. A heat gun or blow dryer will allow the sticker to be removed. Then wd40 will remove the glue. Then rewax the paint.
