Default Rattling From Back Passenger

I have a rattling the is coming from the back passenger side on my '05 v6. I have modified dual exhaust, performance drive shaft, gears, and LSD as well as GT wheels and tires. The rattling sounds to be coming from up higher than the axle but it is hard to tell. I check all the interior seat/ speakers/ spare tire and nothing is moving. The rattling usually happens once you have been driving for a bit and only used to happen when going over bumps. I took her up to higher speeds and it rattled really bad. I checked the exhaust and had the place that installed it check it again and it all looks good. I also get a higher pitched whine (from the back) when you are putting just a little bit of power on (to maintain a given speed) but no whine when I lift off the gas or accelerate harder. The shop told me that this is probably just the clutches in my LSD (Ford Racing) and possibly a bit of gear whine (3.73 Ford Racing). The only thing that I can think of is that something in the suspension is loose? I had one of the rear wheel bearings replaced last year as well as a bent axle (back passenger) which was replaced 2 years ago . The rattling has been happening for a long time but mostly on and off which has become more on than off. Any ideas?

did you check the rear shock Top mounting bolt? Peel carpet back in the trunk and crank her down to spec.

check your muffler hangers...make sure they are not hitting the body...I installed some aftermarket mufflers and had this problem.
