i wanna put a cai on my 06. i like the looks of the bbk but what is the best one available? or are they pretty much all the same?

Also a lot of people run the C&L street with Brenspeed,also thesteeda, JLT 2 as mentioned, most are pretty similar

Most will give the same gains, although dont get the cheap $60 ones that are non name brand, I wouldnt trust them. C&L and JLT are probably your best bet. Get the C&L intake and tune from Brenspeed, they have a package for like $650.

I got my JLT II and Evo tune for $525 delivered, and get 2 pulls when I visit the shop.

Yes you have to get a tune with a CAI. I went the Steeda's CAI (with SCT tuner), unnderdrive pulleys and the IMRC delete. With a 91 octane tune the car pulled RWHP 311 and RWTQ 328 on the dyno. Thats about 38 RWHP for around $1,800.
