Default Leather Seats in my GT

Anyone else having problems with their seats creasing? I have tried applying leather care products at the first sign of a small crease. I apply it every one or two weeks (depending if time allows) and it's not helping. Is this supposed to happen? I purchased my car brand new alittle over 4 months ago. Only have a little over 3k miles too. Any tips to prevent any more creasing and to remove?

The leather used is extremely thin and there's only so much leather grease/conditioner that can prevent creasing.
Some advice I've heard - avoid wearing jeans (especially Levi's), practice easing in and out of the seat, position the seat (and belt) such that you're comfortably planted in it to avoid 'slipping' around when cornering or unconsciously squirming on long drives.
I've also heard of a leather conditioner product from equine supply shops that horse enthusiasts use on their saddles, but I keep bloody forgetting what it's called.
