I don't know of any in NorCal, but there's 2 that I know of in San Diego; The Dyno Shop, in Santee, which is one of the best dyno shops I know of in SoCal.
The other is JBA; they do dyno tuning in their shop and use the SCT tuner.

I live in San Diego and I travel 120 miles to see my tuner (http://www.spankintime.com/home.html). That should tell you something.

FD -- I have heard of that but my parents are coming into town that day so I won't be able to make it. I go to a place in Huntington Beach called Powertrain Dynamincs ... I paid 125 for 4 hours on the Dyno... that was the best price that I could find around
