Vortech HO kit Dyno Graph!
Good numbers out of the box. Thanks for posting the dyno numbers. It helps people like me looking to get a supercharger with info. Not bashing, but looks like I'm back to getting a Whippleagain. I think I want more power lower in the RPM range.

Whipple is nice, what about a KB?

What will more power down lownet you? Certainly won't make you faster.

It starts a big arguement and we will forever have a debate on which is better. It all depends on what people are wanting out of their car. I kind of like the idea of a centrifugal with little boost below 3,000 rpms for gas mileage and such. But the power is always there if you need it.

*1, Bob stopped at 6400 on mine as well, he said it was going up still, amazing! I thought the HO kit would put out more than my standard kit though?

The point of the twin screw is it produces more torque down low so you get off the line quicker. If you are able to keep traction. Basically you will be at full boost at just above 2000 rpm's. This is why all the manufactures who put S/C's on their vehicles use twin screws (or roots type, all though not as popular I believe as the TS), it translates into more drivability.

Lieu910, if I'm pushing 75 more horsepower already at3500 rpm's and goobs more torque, how could it not make the car faster?

Simple: When you take that car down the 1/4 mile your RPMs should never be anywhere close to the 3,500 RPM range. You will more likely be in the 4,500-6,000+ range. Right where a centri blower is making the most power.
