is it worth it for a V6 Pony w/ Saleen 20"s? Will I see a improvement in handling?

It's ok if you don't want to do your homework...

I'd rather piece together my own stuff.

Worth the $700 price tag?

Structs, shocks, springs and sway bar

I thought about it too until someone on the forum said a couplehad the thunking problem. I called and asked Saleen tech if any of their suspension packages ever had the thunking noise and they said no. So who's lieing, the forum folks or Saleen. You decide.

Some folks have had a Saleen suspension thunk, which is caused by a loose sway bar link. I had it once, but it has been fixed and has not come back.

What causes the suspension thunk in the stock Mustang GT setup? I know there's a thread on this very topic, but the simple answer to my question is apparently burried in something like 50 pages of posts...[&:]

HI El, I'm one of the Thunking people and I removed the swaybar with links from the car and still had the thunking noise. So as far as my car the end links made no difference. Even this morning I had it on a lift and they were all very tight.

Hi 06, Glad it was a simple fix for you. Not for many of us with regular Mustangs.
