Default footwell lights

I know this has been writen up before but I installed the footwell lights this weekend and wrote up a set of instructions. Total cost was about $14 for the connector and bulbs and it took about 2 hours to complete. I took my time and lots of pictures. ITtmay take a while for all the pictures to come up if you have a slower internet connections:

here's the link; it is case sensitive since it is hosted on a unix system:

Good writeup... personally I probably would have used 12" neon tubes like i had in my old car... nonetheless, good job

Cool write up Octavio, thanks. I used some Neons tapped into the parking lights. Check Link.

Crutchfield. They're hot pink, even though they don't look it from the pic. Same ones under the hood.(check link)

I thought about using neons also but I wanted to go for more of a classic look. Those neons are sharp Bob, I always thought they looked great on your car.

you didn't really say hot pink did you? I've got the red interior... so I'm severely limited in my color choice... The only thing i don't like about wiring into parking lights is that you can't turn them off if you're near cops... and in Jersey, they pull you over for that kind of stuff

You can't see them unless your actually standing next to the car and looking in.
