It's and optical illusion. If you look at the part that is in bright sun and on the underside down low you can see it is clearly yellow. Then in the shady areas it appears orangish.
Oh and since you asked I wiill ***** myself.

arwing, why is your coolant pink/orange? Is this from an additive? If so then thats great. But if its the actual coolant then watch out: you didnt put dexcool in did you? Just curious... I've spent a lot of time on several cars studying coolants and additives and cringe to see that familiar dexcool color in a mustang.

Very Nice.

Yes all work was done by myself. If you are asking about the C&L I had it chromed at a chrome shop. As for all the hoses also done by me and i simply purchased the hose in bulk size and also the clamps and then cut and fit it all together. All braided hose was purchased through Summitracing.com

i love it.. i want to do this right now!!!!..
i would say you need to take the valve covers and get them chromed.. and get a new coolant box.. one of the kinds that are welded..
questions for you tho.. what did it all cost you in the end?...
how much was it to chrom the pipe?..
how much was all the steel braid, is it all the same size, what about the fittings, and i think thats it on that..
but damit man.. that looks so sexy.. props! i think you won the engine bay award!
