Default Now this is a shorty antenna!

I installed (screwed in) my new shorty antenna today. I just tried the FM radio while the car was parked in the garage. I like it and it picks up the stations quite well so far. I almost never use the radio so I wouldn't be disappointed if it didn't pick them up so well anyway. When I use my car cover I won't need to take the antenna off. It doesn't have to come off for a car wash either.

Its made of aluminum and is powdercoated black. The only problem that I see might be the fact that it is screwed in by hand and consequently can be unscrewed by hand by somebody that takes a liking to it.

EDIT: forgot to say its about 3.5 inches tall.

if you want an antenna that small, might as well go w/ the antenna delete.

I would go with the antenna delete but I don't want to have to fix the hole space that it would leave if you remove the oringinal atenna.

Oh I thought the hidden antenna would go under the hood completely...

Is there any clearance in the fender well for an electric antenna?

Used to have those in the old days.
