It will be noticable but not extremely loud.

Ya I have the stock cats on.... So that like # 1 on my to do list. I need it louder.

Different axle backs would make it louder... say, like... SLPs?

I have Pypes Axel Backs on mine and a friend of mine who has SLP's on his seems to think mine are louder and like mine better, I just think mine sound deeper than the SLP's but I have heard rave reviews from many ppl on here about SLP's. Anyway have you thought of the Pypes O/R H?? I just bought mine should be getting it this week, hope to have a sound clip for everyone when I get it on and thanks for serving our Country,, my brother is in the Marines and is overseas.

it will be MUCH louder without the cats. I couldn't believe how much louder mine was without them, it's louder than the SN95s of yesterday for sure.
