Default cmd plates

I've read that the plates cause low-end power loss, but have improved top end performance? Is this true and what is involved in installing these?

Default RE: cmd plates

Do a search for CMCV or CMDP and you can read about peaople experiences. So far I have not really heard of many peopl feeling any loss or it showing on a dyno because it is very low end. 2000 or below maybe.
