I've noticed this as well when going between the FRPP and Brenspeed tune with the same intake and octane. The exhaust note is louder with the FRPP tune.

Well... If anyone has a recommendation on what to adjust that would be cool. Obviously if its just a problem of running rich means louder then I'd rather save gas and stay where I'm at lol... But if theres any other settings suggestion to adjust and make it louder like before then lets hear it!

 

it should be at least a little louder at WOT, and have a different sound.


if your going from an 87 to a 93 tune, then i understand. its less grumbly, and feels a little less torquey on the bottom end.

 

That's the part I don't understand, why would the bottom-end feel weaker and have less grunt with a higher octane tune.

 

Quieter cause beter airflow?How can u tell u have a decibal thingy?Ive noticed my girlfrind alot quieter when i am watching sports is that cause of tune lol

 

I have stock exhaust and I noticed that after the tune I get more popping in the exhaust.
