Come in and say "Hey"--Bimmer man has come to the dark side
Just wanted to stop by and say "Hello" and thank everyone for the great information on this site. I have learned so much in the past week.
Just bought my first American muscle three days ago...'07 5-speed,Black on Black GT.
I can't tell you guys what fun it's been the last few days driving this thing. I'm a BMW man with many track days under my belt but what simple fun this car has been.
I can't wait to start modding.
I'll post pics as soon as I can stop coming up with excuses to drive this thing around town.
My garage looks so good with a heavily modded silverBMW 330Ci and the new black beauty sitting beside it.
I hope to learn a lot from everyone...now I need to go find the best place for a CAI, chip and some stripes for this puppy.

I'm very active in the BMW community (Local chapter President) and they're giving me all kinds of grief for going to the Mustang. I've told them that this car is getting back to the roots of driving. The new cars are getting so technical it's getting in the way of the most important part--the driver
I also spent about 1/2 what a BMW would have run me.
My 330Ci has the following...chip, intake, pulleys, exhaust, bilstien shocks, eibach pro-kit springs, cross drilled rotors, stainless steel brake lines...it a blast at our driving schools.
I hope to do many of these same mods on the Mustang

I love passing M3's in my 30k Mustang. The owner of one about $hit himself at California Speedway when my car broke his track record in Time Trials
