I noticed they aren't lining up like I thought they were... Can I unclamp and move them? Or is it sort of permanent once you clamp down.

 

Sure you can unclamp them but to really get them lined up good(i found this out first had last night while installing my h pipe) is to loosen the mid pipe clamps and adjust them there, got mine to line up almost perfectly now.
