Default BMR K-member and Road Racing?

Has anyone installed a BMR k-member and used it for road racing or auto cross? If so, how does it perform? I ordered one before, but sent it back after reading on their site that it was designed primarily for drag racing.

I understand it's not up to the stress level of road racing. Check out RossMustang.com - that's where I got mine. I t has raised pickup points to correct your roll center

I talked to BMR and they said not to use it. They said the factory A-arms where actually pretty good and recommended new poly bushings only.

I would highly recommend you to the CHE K-member brace which I have. I notice a big difference for keep the motor steady while shifting and for corning. This peice will really finish off your suspension and i'm sure you will be extremely pleased with CHE.

Trust me, i've gone through different parts and would not recommend something that is not good(like most people on this forum that won't say anything bad about something they have done to their car).

the k-member brace is useless once you replace the k-member. Regarding the factory control arms - it's the hydra-bushing that has all the weight.
