I'm almost positive the 1,000 watts is causing it

Try closing the trunk then folding the backseats down and putting your hand on different things till the rattle stops.I'm leaning toward the plastic cover attached to the trunk lid.

My garage door opener on the visor rattles, but that's about all I hear from inside. I don't care what rattles outside....I can't hear it.

yeah thats a great idea to fold the seats down and feel around... and yes the seats fold down... inbetweenthe seat and the plastic side there is a little loop you pull on and they fold down... there is one on each side.

I have an 07 with 1600 watts on 2 Kicker Comp VR's 12'sand everthing rattles. Two things I have found that are the loudest is the rear trunk assembly. I stuffed a sock between the light housing and the pastic cover that the trunk release handle is on. 2nd is actually under the car, it is a plastic piece inside what looks to be the gas tank assembly, It is held into place with some clips that snap loosely to the fuel tank guard. Again I stuffed a sock into the space to tighten everything up a little. Long story short the stang if fast but not ment for slow booming drive-byes, and yes I'm running low on socks.
