Default Underdrive pulleys

I keep reading about the benefits of underdrive pulleys but looked around and saw no testimonials... Will they actuallyadd 10+ hp and increase MPG? And is there any down side to them?

Thanks,

the downside is if you use your car for aworld classsound system you'll have to go bigger alternator because of the smaller pulley...
I have the steeda's and there is a difference but opinions will vary

Low cost modification that works great for the money invested.

$200 for 2-5 rwhp, not worth it in my opinion. Up to you though. 10hp, no...not even to the crank
