%5 rear and louvers sides stock. I'm getting %35for my sides next week.

You can even see the swirls in the clouds ( swirls that arenot from a bad tint job ) and that was with a granny.

I'd say %5 rear is a must. I know it helps my interior stay cooler.

I've got 5% on my rear and louvers, then 40% on sides. I'll try and get a pic tomorrow.

 

I have 35% on the sides, 20% in the back. wanted to stay legal.

 

Thanks for all the responses...I ended staying completely legal with 35% sides and 20% back since the shop I picked would not do 20% on the sides.I would have gone toanother shop that will do 20% no questions asked, but they just refused to do moleskin.All and all itlooks good...need to post some pics.

Looks like I have the darkest tint so far yay! 2% all the way around and 20% on the windshield! looks so bad!

I've got 15% all the way around (with moleskin) and have rec'd numerous compliments on the car since I had it installed. Only 35% is legal in Illinois but I've had countless cops drive right by me and even sit right next to me at lights (including in other states) and never once had one pull me over (now it's time to knock on wood though).

I should add that I've also ALWAYS had darker tint than legal on all my other cars and never had legal issues with them either, including all three I own right now) and I believe you should be okay to go darker unless the cops near you are picky sticklers. Good luck!

 

They refused?...talk about listening to the customer. Anyway all the cars looks great...Im going 35 sides and rear...my car is black and I want to retain some contrast between the car and windows.
