Default Engine build up question

I'm looking at the 2.6l kits from kenne bell but i know due to our engines weak internals that i wont be able to go over 450+rwhp safely. I've also looked into getting a rotating assmebly from livernois to solve this problem. My goal is between 500 and 550rwhp so my question is would a rotating assembly make it possible to run this level of power safely or would more work need to be done. To clarify i am just asking about building up the engine i know further work would have to be done to the suspension, tranny, etc.. to handle that level of power.

Thanks for the help...
