That's nice!

 

I feel the different hues that Tungsten gives off(in different shades of light) would make orange seem nice under certain conditions and odd under others. Of course being biased, I never considered black stripes(too Oakland Raider-ish, especially since I'm a huge Charger fan) and I debated over charcoal/dark grey, but too close to black. I went with silver because it allows the Tungsten to do it's thing without overwhelming the whole color scheme. To me it looks classy (Tungsten/silver stripes) without screaming "You must look at me!". Then again, maybe that's what you want

 

Orange is fine and I know you wnat to set yourself apart from the rest but go with his below ...looks sweet!
