Was getting my oil change/tires rotated at the dealership(have a 3 year service plan), and while waiting I went to peruse their showroom. Well to my surprise they had two GT500s and a Shelby GT(with a ricer wing on it-sorry forgot to get a pic of that), but to my shock one of the GT500s(a Tungsten Grey with Silver stripes-same scheme as my GT) had a bubble in the stripe above the rear faux gas cap.......hope you all can make this photo out [&:].

ouch dude. the early GT500's just have vinyl stripes slapped on; i think the newer ones are better.

Most dealer installed options are vinyl and you pay a premium! Not worth it to me but it gives you some flexibility in the future if you change your mind and dont want stripes! JMO J

Thats right i thought i was reading a sticker on a gt once and it said that the stripes were like 5000 dollar painted stripes option.
