OK, so it rained last night and I was driving around in it, and the Steel Blue Stallion gets all dirty.
Well this afternoon I had to go somewhere after work and didn’t want the ole’ steed to be looking all dirty.
So I went home at lunchtime, washed my car, took a shower and went back to work. LOL
Is that nuts, or is that the norm around here?
I think I might be loosing it!! [8D]

I am going to sell my AK47 and all the accessories and ammo so I can buy mufflers and a chin. [>:]
Must have mods, ok I am better now.

So what is it, the norm or and I just plain crazy?

Washing the car often and at anytime is the NORM for me but sell the AK47 ASAP as that is Crazy to me! JMO J

sounds like me.....I washed the car and tryed to out run the rain...... the rain won...........good thing I got the 10 day return to get a seconf car wash. I go threw the brushless wash because we have hardwater here and it is hard to get the spots off the car.

 

Just keep your guns, and point them at Mexicans, and threaten to shoot them if they don't wash your car !Keep the GUN on them at all times !

It is the norm, and you are just plain crazy like the rest of us. I detailed my car on Saturday - hand wash, hand wax and hand buffed. I treated all the trim with Back to Black, and dusted and vacuumed the interior. I had already checked the weather forecast before I did all that, so I knew it was supposed to rain last weekend and all this week. And it has.

Hey has anyone else noticed that if your car has a nice fresh wax job, the road grime doesn't seem to stick to it as badly?

 

If it's Romanian, Egyptian or Chinese, then I'd unload it with out a thought. Polish, Bulgarian, Yugoslavian or Russian, then hang on to it or sell it to me.

 

its just a car, it will be in a junkyard someday...we're not going to live forever, might as well enjoy it...100 years from now noone will know the difference. vanity of vanities, all is vanity...

yet I still wash this car more than any other Ive ever had, catch myself looking at it way too often, etc...Not totally obsessed, just a little in love

just dont worship it- enjoy it and what it adds to your life...I actually enjoy washing mine too, so I can see itshining in the sun
its not work, its a hobby, but just gotta remember it wont last forever, so dont be afraid to drive it too

I have put 400 miles on it in 4 days.
Ikeep trying to baby it to break it in, butI find myself driving it like I stole it.!! LOL.
