I was about to go to bed one night, when I glanced out the window and saw it getting nailed by the sprinklers. Hard water city, so I ran to a carwash. The *only* way I can getdried water spots offis with a little vinegar and then a thoughrough washing.
I also skipped an hour of work when I saw a massive hail producing t-storm creeping close on the doppler, so I ran to a car wash, and was protected from the hail. That would have been the 2nd round of hail damage I would have endured.
I live in the desert, so I dust it every AM and quik detail it after a storm. I dust it before a rainstorm to be able to water blade it after.
I am crazy.

Its the norm. The paint last longer
without all the fall-out from the rain.
Do you clean under the car also?
Get down there. What do the bottoms
of your rocker panels look like? Clean?
How about the ever so tucked under there
rear bumper? Inside the fender wells?
How about the inside of your rims?
Do you remove them every 1000 miles
or so and do a complete wash and wax
on them? Do you have a duplicate set of
rims and tires so you can clean them at
your lesiure? I guess I am nuts......

If it's Romanian, Egyptian or Chinese, then I'd unload it with out a thought. Polish, Bulgarian, Yugoslavian or Russian, then hang on to it or sell it to me.

OK, so it rained last night and I was driving around in it, and the Steel Blue Stallion gets all dirty.
Well this afternoon I had to go somewhere after work and didn’t want the ole’ steed to be looking all dirty.
So I went home at lunchtime, washed my car, took a shower and went back to work. LOL
Is that nuts, or is that the norm around here?

I am going to sell my AK47 and all the accessories and ammo so I can buy mufflers and a chin. [>:]
Must have mods, ok I am better now.
So what is it, the norm or and I just plain crazy?
