Okay, you asked, so....
Stripes - yes
Scoops of any kind (including your side scoops) - no unless functional
Bling Bling rims - no (i know you didn't ask about the rims but if you keep them on it doesn't matter what else you do to the car).

Hi, I think your car looks great as it is, but twin silver or black stripes would be a nice touch.
I agree with richmod. +The non function scoop looks lost on the 05-07. If you have a supercharger that requires extra clearance, by all means get a cowl!

My scoop is fake I know, but I still like the way it looks. I used it in my stripe scheme (have it going over the scoop too). The one nice thing about the factory scoop is the hole in the hood is already pre-cut in case I ever wanted to use it for some reason, shaker or whatever... not sure that I ever will, lol. But still, I could avoid the horror of cutting...

I like the idea of stripes. As far as the scoops, it depends on the type. I don't really like the large boxy types. Both of the posters above me have very nice looking scoops in my opinion.
I wouldn't be concerned about function vs. nonfunctional. Shakers aren't really dyno proven to add any horsepower or at least I haven't seen any proof. If it doesn't add any horsepower, is it really functional?
Lots of people have factory nonfunctional rear spoilers and chin spoilers. I don't think a hood scoop is any different from those parts.
