I know its dumb, im just trying to figure out what this websites doing. Looked at other things on it, lots of things just dont make sense.

Its a gag site. A Butt Meter. I gotta get me one of those.!!
But as far as the Bar of Boost goes, its like the description says, "most high performence cars run 1 to 1 and a half bars of boost." One bar of boost equals 15 psi. But since its a gag, you get this stupid little bar of....something......
