Default ? about tune through e-mail

I have heard nothing but good stuff about Doug over at Bamachips... Two nights ago I put a order in for a 93R tune... I came home and checked my e-mail and it said my order with Bamachips was processed, but I havent recieved a seperate email containing my dll file... Just wandering when I could expect it, I have heard great things about the 93R tune esp, for a auto; just getting anxious to try it out...

Thanks

I would call Doug... There is another thread on his customer service being slow lately, and/or him being out of town.

It was very slow for me back when I ordered, until I called.

If you have a auto tranny get ready for a HUGE improvement. The Grandpa factory set up for the Transmission is gone and traded for a 18 year old!!
I have worked with Brenspeed and it takes a few days to get the link just because they are so busy.
Its nice to have instant service but that normally means they are not busy and you know what that spells!
