damn it kinda sucks i get what i think is a fast ford and i have to watch out for most of the 97 + chevy muscle cars, god why dosent ford put some serious power in a regualar gt like at least 340. oh well i still love my car just want to mod it so bad now.

because you can't have a nice interior, a good looking car, and a ton of power for the price the gt is at. Look at gm's current (well not anymore, but most current) muscle car, the gto. somewhat quicker than the gt, not as good looking, about the same interior, maybe a bit nicer....and there is a 7,000 dollar difference in price. The gto was just as close in price to the gt500 as it was to the gt. the new camaro is gonna START at 24-25k, which means that is what the base (most likely v6) model will cost. The ss/z28 whatever they end up using will be priced around the gto maybe a bit more, and as soon as that happens, the gt500 will start getting marked up alot less and be almost a direct competitor...goodbye camaro. for the price you got your car...no other new car can compare, so be happy.

8cd03rgo you know hwta your right i just didnt think of it that way , either wya i love the car i just cant wait to mod it. i am sitting stock right now and i am counting days till i can get the cai and tune first if then who knows what
