+1 on Silverhorse. By far the cleanest look I have ever seen, although it's a much more involved install.

How do the Roush louvers install? Do you have to make any holes in the car? Because I see three screws, are they bolted to the side of the car?

Also the first guy said they where $180 fro them that painted and everything.

I like the silverhorse ones too. The only thing I don't like about them is the gap between the louver and the body of the car.

Another vote for the Roush (see below), although I wonder whether I would have gone with the Siverhorse had they been out when I bought mine. Either way, I think they are a very close 1 and 2. The Roushes go on with two sided tape and include screws so you can clean the windows. The Silverhorse are more involved to install.

The Roush louver installation is pretty easy and requires no drilling at all. There are 3 small brackets that you attach around the window itself with super strong 3m double sided tape, all supplies included. Those brackets have holes in them; there is a template that will guide you to the exact spot where the brackets need to be placed...then you take the louver, place it over the window, line the louver holes up with the bracket holes, then screw it down with the screws. installation complete.

The gap someone was talking about is actually a line since the louver is not molded into the body, but the louver is flush with the body....there is a guy on Ebay that I deal with who works for a ford dealership in Michigan who has the best prices of anyone I have seen...His ebay ID is "roushparts24" and he can get you hooked up with any roush parts you need already painted and everything....email him on ebay and tell him that "firemansince2003", which is me, gave you his info..........
