In my opinion, the best looking quarter window louvers for the S-197 are the Roush louvers. I got some at the local Ford dealership, which is also Roush parts dealer. They cost $180 and paint and install was also $180. I couldn't be happier with the way the turned out. You an also get them on the Roush website but if you order them painted they're more expensive.

Here's acoupe picsof my car with the Roush louvers:

These are my favorite louvers.

The louvers replace the actual window from what I understand. I would like to see someone mold them into the body to get rid of the perimeter line, I betcha that would look hot.

Here's my louvers:

Okay, you have a red car. Presto, photoshop!

Or, maybe not... That is a yucky shade of red I came up with. See my signature for a link to my mods, including links to vendors.

I got mine from a dealer that sells on ebay. (MTAutosports)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-06...spagenameZWDVW

I paid $199, painted and shipped. They're held on by 3M automotive tape, directly to the window. With the exception of the Roush louvers, most louvers are attached in this manner. The paint is perfectly matched. You'll see the seller has a 100% positive rating with over 400 transactions. I sent them pics of my car after the install, and they're using them on the auctions now.
I'm really happy with mine. I also considered the Roush louvers. I think they look totally awesome, however they're more "modern" and notthe retro look that I wanted.
