Default Driveway help!

Need some ideas here...

I lowered my mustang but now it can't get up the sidewalk into the driveway without hitting the concrete. Anyone having any ideas about ramps or whatever? Not sure the city would like it if I changed the sidewalk!

Thanks!

Well it also has the side pipes and ground effects. So the car only has a clearence of about 3 inches!

Ouch - that's not much clearance.

I just got back to the office after leaving a local brewery for lunch, and when I pulled into the brewery's parking lot, the concrete "stopper" hit the bottom of my CS front facade and I cringed. And that's way more than your three inch clearance.

They do make metal grate looking things that cover the draining ditches that are right before the sidewalk/driveway in many subdivisions. Is that the main problem that you're facing? (I hope that vague description makes sense.)

The sidewalk is your normal curb and gutter. It is about 4 to 5 inches at a slight angle.

We tried backing it in but clearance on the front of the car is just too close for comfort. This is not a daily driver car so it will leave the driveway maybe once or twice a weekin the Summer and the get parked in the garage in the Winter. So, I guess the ramps could be portable. but my wife may want to drive the car every once in awhile so I want to make it as easy as possible.

Get a long piece of plywood and try driving up that onto your drivway.

Something like this: http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...&plindex=2

Adj. Air Suspension. Raise and lower to whatever is needed. They do have a setup for Mustangs.
