Default Handling Pack

Never posted before so I'm sure I'll say something stupid. I apologize in advance. Last week my buddy and I (my buddy is the one with installation know-how) installed Ford Racing Pack 3, the handling pack. It has the new sway bars, strut brace, springs, shocks and struts. I love the heighth but the ride is way bumpy. It is tight and everything else desireable but just too bumpy. Lowering the car looks real good, haven't bottomed out on anything and have added about .5 to 1 mpg. I am considering putting back on the old shocks, struts and springs but I wanted to see if anyone could suggest anyway I might be able to get back my non-bumpy ride and still keep the low profile. Thanks for everyone's help.

I already screwed up and didn't give any background on the car. I have a 2007 GT with FRP 1 installed but no other improvements beyond the FRP 3 mentioned above.
