Anyone replace front control arm bushings?

Anyone replace front control arm bushings?
I bought poly-u's for my front control arms... How simple is it? I see the bolt I need to remove, but is there more to replacing them? Like removing the whole arm? They torque to like 175lbs/ft so Im skeptical if I should tackle it...
