I asked this question in the newb section and someone suggested that I ask in this section.Does anyone have any pictures of an 05-07 torch red GT vert with white stripes.Im thinking of putting them on my car but Im not sure how they will look.I have seen pictures of this combination on a GT500 but not on just a regular GT.

I really like them! How wide are they? Also what is the spacing on them? I am guessing 12" and 1" spacing, right?

 

11 inches with a one inch space.

 

Thanks,it looks great.Mine is a convertible with a black top so Im a little un sure how it will look with white stripes and a black top.I do not drive it very often and almost never with the top up.Are they painted on or vinyl?

 

They look great on the Vert.
Graphic Express has them. Go for the wider 12" tapered.
I purchased the 10" and they looked puney so I exchanged them for the wider.

 

Personally, I think the black top would be too much of a clash for the white stripes. Then again, i'm not a big fan of full length stripes on convertibles at all. I think the best looking full length stripe color for you would be either ghost stripes or a different shade of red. If it was my car I would do something in black to match the top. Maybe some Foose stripes.

thanks,Im starting to lean more towards black stripes,that seems to be what the majority of the people I ask say,There are not many pictures of verts with stripes.I want to be sure.I dont want toscrew up what my car looks like because it looks pretty good now.

 

I'd say go with white, I don't think they would look bad with the black top at all. Black stripes don't "pop" like white. I went with 10" stripes w/ a 2" gap just like the GT500. I had alot of people tell me I should get black, but when I got the white they all agreed it looked better.
