lol. Daniel60... the whle bad coil, misfire thing. I posted a page on here about why that happened. You need to recal. youre PCM. Also 96GT, if youre plans are to take it back to FORD and have them check it out.... I WOULD HIGHLY recommend taking off that stupid cold air kit ( i think someone posted on here that it didnt nothing power wise anyway) and put youre stock piece back on. Cause if they find a code for youre aftermarket air box... Well then good bye to you. Im not trying to be a dick, but thats how its gonna be. AND if it came on after you put this on.... im pretty sure its cause of that.
So just to be safe put the stock box back on and say you havent modd'd it what so ever, only if they ask. I would remove the battery cables for a while and then see if it comes back on. If it does... then you have 2 options.
1. buy the tuner everyone talks about and reflash.
2. or bring it to a dealership and have them check it out. If you have the misfire, bad coil code. They will just recablirate the PCM.
