I know know how 'legit' it would be to use a friends address in Maryland?? Any thoughts on that? The bummer is Im prob movingup there ina few months and I would HATE to pay way more for a warranty. It would really suck to find out that not only did I miss the 60k warranty by a few days but to also have to pay way more for a warranty being that Im in Florida...

I bought my 07 in April of 2007, I thought my warranty is 5 year 60,000 mile. Where are you guys getting the 6 year 60,000.... or the 100,000 mile ones from? Is my warranty longer than what i thought?

since i bought mine used, i only got the original 3 year 36k mile warranty rolled over, and this is an 07 origianally bought in Feb. When i was buying it, the dealer said the best he could do for the 6 yr 60k mile extended warranty was $910, and he claimed that was $5 over cost to him.... I think that is bull**it. I already talked my car down a lot, and they wouldn't take my $700 take it or leave it offer on the extended warranty, so I didnt get it. Oh well, i work with people who used to be managers at dealerships and they told me that unless they throw it in for free, the extended warranties are not worth it.

i got mine for free i love shoping for cars, im to good at getting what i want
I'll be taking you shopping with me next time!!!

sounds fine to me. i love messing with salespeople. i still go "looking" for cars when im bored. and now that i drive a nice car i get to testdrive more stuff. the new m3 are fast as hell btw
Lol..growing up one of my friends used to take a wad of ones and wrap themunder a$50 or $100 bill. he then would fumble forhisdrivers license when he asked to takewhatever car he was looking to drive for a test spin. When he would pull out his wallet he'd let the money clip withwhat appeard to be a wad of 50's or 100's drop to the ground and quickly grab for it like it wasn't supposed to fall out.

I don'tthink he ever got turned down..jags,beemers, he says a porsche once but I wasn't with him so who knows.
