This may be obvioius but you never know. Did you try adjusting the Lumbar Support?

There is a strap down by the bottom of the seat to hold the belt closer. Works great

yep, sounds like you might have the lumbar set all the way out!
Just play with the angle of the seat back vs. the height setting

You just have to play with the settings for the seat. You have the power seat so it shouldn't be much of a problem. Move the settings up and down. My only problem is the shoulder height of the seatbelt as it is just a hair too high and digs into my neck but I need to check into an adjuster for that and it sounds like walmart has one. Most newer cars have that adjustment built in but I guess Ford is behind the ball on this one or all their test drivers are the same height. I made sure to get a power seat just for this reason. Lots of luck.
