Ok I guess lets see how many have had this problem?
You are making a very slow turn and you hear a noise in the rear end.
Most don't know about the problem and it can cost many dollars if not fixed.
If you think you do hear the noise the problem is when you walk into your dealership is..........
Have Ford replaced the rear end clutch pack and then you are set..............JohnnyT

 

Had this problem last year when I bought the car. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the clutch packs and added some type of modifier as well. It's been quiet for 12K miles. I mentioned the TSB when I brought it in and they agreed that was the problem.

 

Can you describe the noise better??

Sounds like a power steering pump when you've got the steering wheel cranked all the way to one side. A whine is the best I can discibe it.
