Porter cable for sure if they aren't past the clear coat. It will take them right out, just get a good polishing compound and a white pad. Juztang at obesssive detail can hook you up with a good package. I have one and love it, has taken away all the little scratches that come along with black cars

If they are through the clear you just need to get some touch up paint and apply two or three heavy coats to the scratch. Let it dry and wet sand VERY LIGHTLY with 1000 grit to level the touch up paint. Polish out the sanding marks with a random orbit polisher. Only problem is once you wet sand and polish one spot you will want to do the whole car becasue it will look so damn good, removes all of the orange peel from the factory.
