Well I feel like being that guy too. Sap sucks. You will spend more time keeping the car clean of sap then you will putting on the cover.

Exactly...unless he really likes cleaning his car everyday!

DEFF do it, the only thing to worry about is stupid college kids ****ing with it because you cover it up, I am in college and I know i wouldnt do that but i would wonder whats under the hood, but i know kids that would **** with it because you put a cover on ur car.I would say try and find another spot to park but if you cant then cover it!!I personally am that guy, I dont have a garage and I love my car to shine and be the cleanest car ever, so in my driveway i put a cover on it just about everynight and I wash or touch up my car everyday at work (Enterprise Rental Cars, we have everything to clean cars)

I wish I had the guts to be that guy...

I laugh at a guy at work who covers his BMW Z3 up one day and will cover his scooter up the next day, vice versa, always covering whatever he drives.

Deep down inside I wish I had the boldness of him! I want my stang covered

With the new car.. comes new found madness in keeping it safe and clean.. I work at a college right now and i park among the other employee's ..

since i got the car, Ive been contemplating pulling out my car cover to cover it while it sits at work.. I mean I hate to be that guy thats so obsessed with his car.. but In another 3 weeks schools in session again here, and I go back to parking in my spot under a huge oak tree that Saps year round ><..

would i be "That guy" if i started putting my cover on at work to stop the sap from touching the new car?..

Just means you care about your car, I'm pretty sure every member here is "That guy/girl"(deep down, I'm sure). I am fortunate enough to have garaged parking at work, but I still dust my car off each day before leaving as I allow the car to warm up(I see it as multi-tasking). Go with your gut feeling, otherwise you wouldn't have posed this question, now go cover your car!

Keep in mind when you buy a cover that you might want to splend a little more $$$ and get the water proof ones. Imagine if your car and its nice new wax was blockedfrom sun and rain all day while you're at work. Its beautiful.

I'm "that guy" too. Buy a good cover & a cable lock to stop theiving scum from taking the cover itself. Who cares what the Nissan driver next to you thinks?
