Default Ford Racing / Hurst Shifter

I heard somewhere that Ford Racing / Hurst offers a short throw shifter that retains the stock look.

I can't seem to find it anywhere though. Any help is appreciated

IMO you should just get the regular hurst and not the FRPP one that retains the stock look. You can pick up a hurst shifter from brenspeed for 189 which is cheaper and plus it looks 10x better than the stock shifter. The main reason I chose the hurst with thewhite ballover the other shifters was because it just looks that much better plus it performs great also.

+1 for the Brenspeed deal. We got 2 for our 2 cars and it definitely looks better than stock and at a better price. Just in case you want the Ford part it is M-7210-T1.

I have the FRPP with the Hurst look! The white ball is the way to go. It really stands out in the interior and gives itthe "old school" look. Great shifter too.

If you are getting the Hurst Short throw, cheapest place I've seen is amazon.com, no sales tax, free shipping:
Hurst 3910201 $178.99

Also get the gasket for $2.50 from cobrabob:

Not everyone likes the hurst ball though. I gotta tell you, I'm not completely sold on it. To me it looks out of place in my interior where as my stock shifter matches everything else.

To the original poster, you could also look at MGW which a lot of people like and they have the option to retain the stock shifter.
