another suspension question

RE: another suspension question
the *** bounces around on bumpy roads because it's a stick axle - get used to it
On an autocross course the turns are so tight that the sway bar makes the front end plow. The outside wheel in the turn is what is carrying the most load. Think about it - which tire are the NASCAR guys always concerned with? - the right front. When the body leans the swaybar wants to pull up on the suspension of the outside wheel - less pressure down - less grip.
It seems unconventional but I can tell you from experience that it works. These cars have a ton of understeer dialed into them. my buddie's fully MaximumMotorsports fox body only has a 4-cylinder bar on it. He tears me up on the autocross course and I have 100 horsepower on him lol.

RE: another suspension question
First off you need to actually list the mods you have in your sig...the bogus 922HP thing doesnt do anything for you and we have no clue what to suggust cause we dont know what you have.
The bumpsteer kit is exactly what you want if you fron end "chatters" When you lower your car the geometry of the front end suspension gets messd up. If you are going down a bumpy road slowly or coming to a stop, the steering wheel will jerk around. This is amplified with wider and lower profile tires/wheels too. It happens to me sometimes also but I have not and wont be putting the bumpsteer kit in probably since it doesnt effect me that much.

RE: another suspension question
06 pony package. i understand when slowing down the steering wheel will "chatter".... no problem. 17' with pzeros still. it doesnt matter if im slowing down or accelerating, its speeds over 50+ and the bump that do it. only suspension mod is some bmr lca's. cai+tune and exhaust but that doesnt affect the handling... can you tell me anything more now? thank you all for any input. im not lowered at all though and every time i read about bump steer kits its like "perfect if you LOWERED your car."
