I know that you really cant give a v8 a “ricer” sound but some exhaust do come closer then others … thanks for all the advice guys.. I think I am going to go with the SLP loud mouths and see how they sound

You've limited yourself right off the bat with Axlebacks. Think out of the box and try some Axlefronts - like the Pypes SFM-66 mid-muffler system.
Just some race mufflers on the over-axle leading to straight tips... Basically the same system I had with my magnaflow resonators leading to SLP Loudmouths.
Yes, but instead of trying to kluge an installation, the Pypes SFM-66 is pre-cut and ready to go as a pre-engineered system.
