Default Textured plastic

Has anyone found an easy way to get dried wax off the textured plastic that goes around the top of the door openings.

Mr Clean magic erasers get the wax off easy. They work awesome on the interior too. I've also heard the Ice is great stuff, but I'm really not into turtle wax. They may have come leaps and bounds over the past couple years, but before that it was pretty well junk for the last decade or so. I'm a McGuiars/Mothers guy myself.

I have used the mothers back to black trim cleaner. Not sure if thats its name but it comes in a little red bottle, like their wheel polish. Worked very well for me.

Thanks for the Mr. Clean magic erasers hint. I used apiece a little smaller than the width of the plastic and it took the old wax out of the texture easily. For black I like Gold Class wax.

I’ll try that after the plastic gets older. The main thing was to get the old wax out of the texture.
