Has anyone found an easy way to get dried wax off the textured plastic that goes around the top of the door openings.
Diluted simple green. 1 part simple green, one part water. Or spray 100% simple green on a towel, rub out area with towel that has was you want to get rid of.

I second the Mothers back to black<---good shizz.
I’ll try that after the plastic gets older. The main thing was to get the old wax out of the texture.

The back to black will accomplish removing the wax build up as well.....

Give it a shot--works well on the front fascia & such as well(the black part)

ICE
+1. Really works great on the black pebbly trim, parts of the fascia, diffuser on the CS, etc.

Use zaino polish and you won't have the problem. Peanut butter takes if off also

I can't believe you asked this!
I'd had those bad white marks on my black trim after the jerks the the dealership "waxed" my car. Left enough residue to keep me busy for 3 hours, if I've added up all the time I've spent finding it. Just found some more in the area under the struts for the rear trunk.

Anyway, I'd tried using those alcohol wipes and they didn't do any good. But I tried good old Armor-all yesterday and so far it's worked perfectly! Even took off the white marks on the inside of the doors!

Thanks for all the ideas. I finished up by using the black to black and it looks great.
