Everything depends on the weather and track conditions as well as your position elevation but the magazines and publications say 13.6-13.8, I would say you should run a 13.9-14.1 your first run with no mods.

My best bone stock run was a 13.69. Everything was as it was from the factory except for lowering the rear tire pressure to 20PSI. Track was at sea level (Louisiana), humidity was 30%, temp was in the upper 50's.

Anywhere from a 13.4-14.4, but if you run a 14.4 you had better be up high.A stock manual will be faster than a stock auto, atleast it has the potential to be faster with a good driver.

Yes. I won't even begin to speculate how much time you lose, but you will be slower than a stock mustang with stock 17's.

wouldn't bigger and therefore heavier rims make it a lot slower?

Do you think my Stock 18's would be slower then say 15 or 16's?

I've always heard that for ever 1 lb of rotational mass you loose it's equal to 4lbs of sprung weight, in other words it's like loosing 4lbs off the body. So adding rims that weigh 10lbs more than stock would be like adding 160lbs to the car, that's almost 2 tenth in the 1/4. Adding weight is bad, unless it's the weight of a supercharger.
