so how often is it? 3000 miles?

i have 3700 miles on her now and i'm pretty
sure i've done at least 3 oil changes so far

That's just wasteful overkill [&:](unless you hit the track a lot)
3K regular oil. I've driven 3 vehicles into the ground that way (250K + miles on one of them) and my stang has 115K on it. Not a single internal problem.

every 3000 miles. The guys at Ford told me its better to do it every 3000 in florida because of the humidity, otherwise every 5000 is good.
